Nestled behind a gated community, enjoy two pools, a miniature golf course, a playground, several parks, and beautiful tree-lined paths for biking or walking. With multiple porches, swings, benches, and plush furnishings, there’s plenty of space to relax and connect with your group. Those who would rather watch TV can kick back, relax, and enjoy the warmth of the double-sided fireplace in the living room, where brick arches add old-world contrast to the home’s modern amenities. For additional visitors or those looking for even more privacy, a guest house featuring a kitchenette offers the perfect sanctuary. When evening comes, congregate in one of the dining areas to bond over a meal and games. If you prefer to eat out and explore, check out some of the local spots inside the gates for dining, shopping, and entertainment. If you’re looking for the perfect place for some rest and sunny beach days, you’ve found it at Parker!

We provide an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services, such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. 30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida’s famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you’ll find white sands, azure views, and laid-back vibes. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

Home Truths:
- Bedroom 5 and its en-suite bathroom are located in the casita (guest house).
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Guests may not park boats or watercraft in the driveway or anywhere in public view. Violations will be ticketed.
- Per Watersound Beach Association regulations, guests are not permitted to use rental golf carts at this property.
- The private beach and pool area are a five-minute walk from the house. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart have been provided for your convenience.
- The miniature golf course is a two-minute walk from the house. Clubs and balls can be borrowed from the front gate/security office.

This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib and a high chair available.


The room configuration is as follows:
Primary Bedroom: King bed w/ ensuite
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds w/ ensuite
Bedroom 3: Queen bed w/ ensuite.
Bedroom 4: Two double beds
Casita: Queen bed & trundle bed w/ ensuite & kitchen


This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
