The Beach Witch is a luxury home with breathtaking Gulf views! Located in Laguna Beach, you will enjoy panoramic views as far as the eye can see. The Beach Witch is a beautiful 3-story, 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation home with an elevator, on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. The Beach Witch is only 10 steps to the beach access with amazing unobstructed ocean views and large comfortable bedrooms. The Beach Witch is beautifully furnished with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation with your entire family.
With two large balconies, one full kitchen, one kitchenette, one patio, and two living rooms, The Beach Witch is the ideal setup for large (or multiple) families, friends, or small groups, and it comfortably sleeps 14 guests. The first floor is designed as a retreat for the kids or a great place for the guys to gather and watch the game. There is an expansive living area, a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and refrigerator. Just off the kitchenette is a gas grill and patio overlooking the pool and common area. The entry level has one Queen bedroom and a family room with a sleeper sofa to accommodate four guests, with each room joined by a Jack and Jill bath. On the opposite end of the first floor, there is access to a mudroom that leads to the outdoor shower for guests returning from the beautiful beaches.
From the first floor, you can take a ride on the elevator to the exquisite kitchen, dining, living room, and spacious exterior balcony conveniently located on the second floor, providing a wonderful common area for everyone to gather and enjoy the beautiful ocean views! The second floor is modernly decorated in gray, white, and splashes of coral. There is an abundance of seating, so the family can come together comfortably in the living room or gather on the first of two balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The full kitchen, also on the second floor, overlooks the living room, balcony, and the white sand beaches. You will feel right at home cooking in this well-stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, including one with a Queen-sized bed and another with twin bunk beds. The second floor also includes a full bathroom and laundry room just off the kitchen. The second floor will quickly become the gathering place as everyone can find enjoyment between the balcony views, the large flat-screen TV, or the grand kitchen.
The third floor, the King floor, is equipped with two master bedrooms. The back master bedroom with a King-sized bed also includes two twin beds, making it perfect for a family. This bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, an en suite, and views of the common area and the pool. The second master is nothing short of magnificent, boasting breathtaking views from the floor-to-ceiling windows, which cover three-quarters of the room. This master includes a sitting area with a large flat-screen TV, a master en suite with an extra-large shower, and a private balcony where you have unobstructed views for miles.
