On the opposite end of the first floor there is access to a mud room which leads to the outdoor shower for guests returning from the beautiful beaches.From the first floor you can take a ride on the elevator to the exquisite kitchen, dining, living room, and spacious exterior balcony conveniently located on the 2nd floor providing a wonderful common area for everyone to gather and enjoy the beautiful ocean views! The 2nd floor is modernly decorated in gray, white, and splashes of coral. There is an abundance of seating, so the family can come together comfortably in the living room, or gather on the first of two balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The full kitchen, also on the second floor, overlooks the living room, balcony and the white sand beaches. You will feel right at home cooking in this over stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the second floor including one with a Queen sized bed and another with twin bunk beds. The second floor also includes a full bathroom and laundry room just off the kitchen.
