The sofa also doubles as a Queen size sofa sleeper.The first guest bedroom offers a King size bed and an adjacent small seating area. The first Guest Bathroom features a shower. There is plenty of balcony access on this main floor of the home. There is balcony access from the living areas and the guest bedroom.On the third floor, you will find 2 additional guest bedrooms and the Master Bedroom. Both guest rooms offer Queen size beds. The Guest Bathroom has a combination shower/bathtub. The Master Bedroom is a spacious retreat. The Master has a King Size bed, plenty of windows for natural light and balcony access. The adjacent Master Bath has a spa tub and a standalone shower.Downstairs the home has private pool and hot tub. There is seating located all around for sunbathing or to enjoy a meal.
