This upscale, beautifully decorated home is located on the golf course of the 4 ½-star Raven Golf Course in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Emerald Coast’s largest golf and beach resort. You’ll love the open floor plan with panoramic windows that offer stunning views. The interior features elegant limestone/travertine floors and granite countertops, creating a luxurious atmosphere.

The spacious, gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining table, making it perfect for entertaining. The main level features a master suite and a guest suite, both with designer king beds. Upstairs, a private suite with three sets of bunk beds and a full bath offers a great retreat for kids.

This home is equipped with flat-screen TVs, DVD players in each bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. A pack-n-play and highchair are also available for use.

Step outside and relax on the large covered back porch overlooking the Raven Golf Course. Just a few steps away, the Laurel Grove clubhouse and fitness center offers a large pool, shaded arbors, an adjoining hot tub, a gas BBQ grill, a full kitchen for poolside dining, and restrooms.
