The main living space features an airy open concept layout overlooking the waves; spacious enough to boast a large sectional sofa with queen pullout sleeper, indoor fireplace, and entertainment area. The home-inspired chefs of the group will naturally congregate to the oversized kitchen together to whip up something delicious, while the food connoisseurs of the bunch (patiently) wait in the dining & bar area to be served! Those that prefer private outdoor dining overlooking the emerald coast are in for a treat because the fully furnished beachfront deck is the ultimate experience for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Imagine a crisp morning sunrise sparkling off the calm waves as the beach starts to waken. And after a full day of vacation experiences, you all “cheers” as the stunning Florida sunset fades beneath the aqua horizon. Two queen suites are also placed on this level, each with their own private ensuite and partial views of the beach and the quiet surrounding neighborhood.Over 500 square feet of the top floor is the beachfront king master suite. This premium space is lined with another set of wall-to-wall windows and French doors which lead out to a private, fully furnished balcony overlooking the shore. In addition, this suite also comes with a built-in kitchenette and extra seating to fully take in the essence of a relaxing beachfront vacation. Its spacious ensuite is tiled from floor to ceiling and features double vanities, an oversized soaking tub, and walk in shower. Down the hall is an additional suite with a twin over twin bunk, a single twin and pullout trundle, along with private ensuite.In front of the home (on the ground level) is a 3-5 ft. private gated pool with a quaint dining table and loungers; so close to the beach you can hear the waves and smell the salt air! Towards the beachside is another private outdoor space overlooking the beach with direct entrance to the private boardwalk. Only a few steps down the stairs and you’re on the beach sand!
