To the right is a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful white hard surface counter tops. Through the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer including iron and ironing board. On the opposite side of the kitchen there is dining table with sitting for four and additional sitting at the bar for two. As you make your way into the main living space there is comfortable seating and a large 55" flat panel TV. Just to the other side of the living room there is a large balcony that includes ocean views, with a lounge chair and a full set of table and chairs to enjoy an outdoor lunch or cup coffee in the morning. To the left of the living room is the master suite. As you enter the suite you will find a very spacious walk-in closet and to the right a large king size bed and 42" flat panel TV. To the left is a private bathroom with separate shower, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity sinks. As you make you way back to the main living space on the opposite side you will find the guest suite. As you make you way in you will see a full-size bathroom with large standup shower and single vanity sink. The bedroom is located just to the left of the bathroom and has two queen size beds, flat panel TV, and open closet space.AMENITIES & POOLSilver Shells has some of the best amenities of any Beach Resort in Destin. There is a full-service spa offering Swedish and European massages combined with hydrotherapy and aromatherapy, facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, body treatments, hair and nail care. If staying in shape is one of your goals, there are many options to choose from. There are two onsite tennis courts, large basketball court, or included membership to Destin Sports and Health Club across the street including in your stay. Once you built up a good sweat cool off in the large 7,500 gallon Gulf front lagoon style pool with waterfalls and whirlpools, kiddie pool for the little ones, and large pool deck with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. St. Lucia also has it’s own private pool and hot tub.BEACHJust off the pool area you will find the boardwalk that leads to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast with crystal clear waters and white fluffy sand making it great spot for relaxing the day away. Looking for a tropical drink or a tasty snack? Slide over to the Sand Bar Tiki Bar and Grill at the end of the boardwalk off the pool and grab one of their seafood sandwiches, juicy burgers, or tasty salads. And no worries if there is no room in the car for the beach chairs and umbrellas. Silver Shells has beach rental service right onsite (seasonal).SHOPPING & DININGWith lots of shopping nearby, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir or gift, or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to the Harborwalk Village, Destin Commons, or Silver Sands Premium Outlet mall in Miramar Beach. With many nationwide brand names, movie theater, and dining options you will have no problem finding that special gift.
