Our bright studio is located near the city center.The apartment measures 30sqm.

It comes with a spacious living and sleeping area with one queen size bed.

The kitchen is convenient and fully equipped to test out your chef skills. In case you are not in the mood for cooking, there are a couple of restaurants nearby. :)

The bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower and filled fresh towels and a full amenities set.

We also provide coffee, Nescafe and a great variety of tea.

Cable TV offers you a variety of local and international channels, and we also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers.

Everything necessary is available in the apartment. There are no shared areas in the building!

Our elegant studio apartment is located in a beautiful central part of the city, just a few minutes awayfrom the Aria Mall, the Olympic Center Zetra, and the Olympic stadium Asim Ferhatović and other major attractions are easily accessible from the apartment.

You can’t imagine better location for exploring the city in the shortest time possible. Grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops are just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.

Since this studio apartment is located just a few minutes away from the city center, most of the attractions are accessible by foot. However, if you want to experience the outskirts of the city, both tram and bus stations are just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.

Tram line number 1 goes directly to the main train station and back, while tram line number 3 goes from the old part of the town to the residential areas.

Apartment does not have parking space, but there is free street parking that depends upon availability.
