This air-conditioned area features Wi-Fi and satellite TV, adorned with artworks by Croatian artists.
A separate kitchen, also on this floor, offers modern amenities including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and coffee machine. Outside, a barbecue area with dining facilities awaits, adjacent to the pool. Sun loungers line the poolside, while a lawn area provides additional relaxation space or a play area for children.
The first floor houses three comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, one of which features a balcony. Another balcony with stairs leading to the pool is also accessible from this floor.
