*The bedroom configuration involves one being in a self-contained annexe on the ‘lower’ ground floor, while the master bedroom is on the second (top) floor. While this may suit couples holidaying together or those with older children, it is something which families with younger children should be aware of. The annexe part of the villa can be accessed through interior doors in the property but these doors can also be shut off if needed.

Location:
Syvota is a small town in northwestern Greece, with a coast on the Ionian sea. A town with a pretty harbour with a few shops, restaurants and coffee shops. There are numerous pristine beaches with clear waters on several islets immediately offshore.
Days can be spent on the beach, by the pool or on a boat trip. Evenings can be split between the harbor restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish and mezes washed down with the local Ouzo; or enjoying one of the inland restaurants in the small town.
