The Space:
Unveil the blend of sophistication and leisure in this two-story townhome, accentuated by two inviting balconies and a capacious private terrace. Inside, a medley of modernity meets comfort, promising an unforgettable stay set against the vibrant backdrop of Miami.

LOCATION: Positioned just moments from Miami Beach and an 8-minute drive from MIA Airport (35 minutes from FLL), this haven sits on the doorstep of Miami’s Design District. A haven of luxury boutiques, pioneering art galleries, and gourmet dining awaits you.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Seamlessly transition into vacation mode post 4PM and depart before 11AM. For those seeking flexibility, early or late timings might be available – touch base a few days prior. Self check-in is facilitated at the front desk.

REGISTRATION FEES: There is a one-time fee of $50 per guest or family member, payable to the building front desk upon check-in. Spouses and minor children are considered as a single guest.

MASTER BEDROOM: A sanctuary of rest, boasting a queen bed, an exclusive balcony, spacious walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. Entertainment needs are catered to with a TV, and the blackout shades promise undisturbed slumber.

SECOND BEDROOM: A realm of relaxation with a queen bed, private balcony, TV, and a designated workstation. A walk-in closet ensures ample storage.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: An expansive space adorned with panoramic views, plush seating, and a dining table catering to six. The open concept design is perfect for socializing. Additional guests? Two rollaway twin beds are at your disposal.

HALF BATHROOM: Conveniently positioned on the ground floor.

FULL BATHROOM: Located upstairs, complete with a bathtub for those soothing soaks.

ENSUITE BATHROOM: An exclusive feature of the master bedroom, equipped with a refreshing shower.

KITCHEN: Culinary dreams come alive in this fully-equipped space, complete with modern appliances and a central island. From coffee machines to cookware, it’s primed for any gastronomic endeavor.

AMENITIES: Elevate your stay with beach essentials provided, including chairs and an umbrella. Dive into the heated pool, enjoy the lush ambience of cabanas, or challenge yourself in the gym. Engage in some light-hearted competition with mini-golf or relish an alfresco meal at the BBQ area. The building is fortified with 24-hour front desk assistance and two elevators for convenience.

AMENITIES SCHEDULE:
POOL: Available from sunrise to sunset.
GYM: Open between 7 AM and 8 PM.
BBQ: Accessible from 12 PM to 8 PM.
Mini Golf: Operational between 12 PM and 8 PM.

ACCESS: The pool and terrace are on the 5th floor. For BBQ and putting green, head to the south side of the 5th-floor terrace. The gym is situated on the 6th floor.

PARKING: Shelter your vehicle in the covered garage. Do note, the parking height clearance is set at 6’8".

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox key access. However You can order packages to be held at the front desk for you as long as a mailbox key is not required. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest’s responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a one time fee of $50 per guest or family member that is to be paid to the building front desk upon check in. Spouses and minor children will be considered as 1 guest. Credit cards are accepted and a photo ID will be needed for all guests. Any visitors staying past 11 PM need to be registered with the Building. Please message us any visitor names so we can add them to the system.

PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Aspiring to cultivate a wonderful stay we have anticipated your needs, stocking fresh linens, towels, essential toiletries, fundamental cooking utensils, and pantry basics (like olive oil, salt, etc.). If you intend to prepare a meal or require specific items, the House Guide stands by with further details, beneficial advice, and comprehensive protocols for guests.

WHAT TO DO WHILE YOU’RE HERE: Whether you’re visiting during the busy summer arts festivals or during fishing season, you’ll find plenty of things to do. We’ve assembled a list of our favorites in the House Guide, and we’re happy to answer additional questions.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We would like to clarify that these local, third-party services are facilitated by the managing host and bear no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter’s agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

SAFETY: Our commitment to your wellbeing manifests in our adherence to all CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols. You can rest assured, as our dedicated team undertakes thorough disinfection measures in the unit. Surveillance cameras safeguard the property’s exterior.

OBSERVATIONS: We enforce a no-smoking policy on our premises, and we humbly request consideration for our neighbors by maintaining a low noise level post 10pm. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.

CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Our property nestles within a region offering year-round tropical conditions. Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native “visitors”. We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole apartment and all building amenities.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.
  • You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.

We are nearby and ready to help if there are any questions. We also offer full service concierge to our guests, should they need to book reservations, an in house massage, chef, boat or more.

Getting Around:
There are so many options, from the free trolly, to uber and with parking included, you can easily drive anywhere as well. There are 3 public bus lines that pickup in midtown as well.
