The Space:
LOCATION: Nestled along the picturesque Biscayne Bay, the neighborhood of Coconut Grove, affectionately known as “The Grove,” exudes an abundance of charm, history, and cultural richness within its cozy confines. Amidst the bohemian bungalows, you’ll discover independent bookshops and locally-owned cafes, all contributing to the vibrant tapestry of this remarkable community. CocoWalk and the bustling heart of Coconut Grove are conveniently situated, just a short 3-minute drive or a pleasant 15-minute stroll away.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.
MASTER BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed, TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower.
SECOND BEDROOM: Features a queen side bed and direct access to the pool area.
THIRD BEDROOM: Features a queen bed.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with all needed appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and everything you’d need to cook at home during your stay.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The property boasts an iconic pool design, meticulously crafted landscape, and an inviting outdoor dining area provides which is the perfect setting for enjoying meals amidst the beauty of the outdoors.

PARKING: Parking for up to 3 vehicles in driveway.
PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest’s responsibility.
PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a pack-n-play for the little ones, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.
GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter’s agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

OBSERVATIONS: We enforce a no-smoking policy on our premises, and we humbly request consideration for our neighbors by maintaining a low noise level post 10pm. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.
CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Our property nestles within a region offering year-round tropical conditions. Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native “visitors”. We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence.

Throughout the year, Coconut Grove hosts a multitude of special events, but none can quite compare to the annual Coconut Grove Arts Festival. This highly anticipated three-day extravaganza takes place during President’s Day weekend in February and showcases the brilliance of countless artists, making it one of Florida’s most vibrant outdoor art festivals.

Ample parking space is available for your convenience. We recommend having a car as an excellent means of transportation to explore the area. You can also use ride-sharing services like Uber as a convenient alternative for getting around.
