There is no Mailbox key access. However You can order packages to be left in the lobby as long as a mailbox key is not required. NOTE: There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest’s responsibility.

We provide essentials, including an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs. Please note that our linen service does not include washcloths or kitchen towels.

Since we value privacy on our own travels, we generally give guests lots of space. But we’re nearby and happy to help.

Getting Around:
One block from Collins ave and the beach, there is also citi bike on the corner on Collins, and a bus stop across the street. There is a free trolley that stops there as well.
