The beach and boardwalk are literally steps away from our main pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs. We are also located within minutes from major attractions and night life – less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach.
Apartment 1010 at The Alexander is a comfortable and well-maintained apartment with ocean and beach views from the 10-foot balcony. The apartment is nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 960 square feet of living space. The apartment has a full kitchen with all modern appliances, cookware and serving utensils, a living room and dining area. 2 bedrooms – 2 Queen beds in master, 2 single twins in guest bedroom. Twin beds can be put together to make a king double-Sofa opens to a bed-dining for 6-smart flat screen TV’s in each bedroom-10-foot balcony with the most magnificent direct oceanfront views-Standard rate includes up to 6 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to a maximum of 7 guests.
