The villa is located at a 15 minute drive from Samui Airport.

The use of stone, natural wood, elegant furnishings and soft colours throughout this spacious property gives it a lovely contemporary décor that still feels homely. The villa has 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms giving it a capacity to accommodate 8 guests.
When entering the villa via the private carport you can directly access the second floor terrace via the elevator. On this floor you will find the spacious master bedroom which comes with a large en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, stunning ocean views and access to the terrace. The second bedroom on this floor has a cosier vibe and comes with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On this level you will also find an open plan kitchen, lounge and diner with large sliding patio doors, making this space light and airy and allowing it to be opened up on to the terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use. Walking out on to the large covered terrace you will be taken aback by the breathtaking sea and island views. In this area you will find plenty of comfy seating, an outdoor dining set, a barbecue and sun loungers all waiting for you to make the most of. This area is the perfect space to relax in especially when you get a moment to lay back in the jacuzzi or take a dip in the infinity pool where you can swim to the edge and continue to admire the stunning views.
On the first floor of the property you will find an open plan area which consists of a games room, bar and home cinema, a fantastic place if you choose to have a relaxing fun night in. The cinema room boasts a large screen, a high definition projector and surround sound with a large selection of films and programs to choose from. Enjoy having a drink in the bar area, have a game of pool or simply lay back and relax in the tropical garden. This floor also includes a guest toilet and the 2 remaining bedrooms. The secondary master suite is spacious with a super king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and the final bedroom is versatile and can be used either as a king or twin beds, it also includes an en-suite bathroom.

Koh Samui is a small stunning island located in the Gulf of Thailand, this popular and diverse island has a tropical climate. Koh Samui has a very picturesque scenery which includes lush jungles and sandy beaches backed by palm trees and with crystal clear water. The island is also rich in culture and tradition so take some time off from relaxing and explore the temples, fishing villages and cuisine. In the vicinity of Casa Marana there are several restaurants, a convenience store, bike hire and a small quiet local beach all within walking distance.
Some of the top beaches in the vicinity of the villa include Samrong, Chaweng and Bophut, these sandy beaches can all be reached by car in 15 minutes or less. Samrong Beach is located in northern Samui and offers fantastic views of Koh Phangan island and is known for being a relaxing and quieter beach. Chaweng is the most popular beach on Koh Samui located in the main tourist area. This beautiful bustly beach has plenty of restaurants and bars for you to try and fun activities such as canoeing, jet skiing and snorkelling. Bophut beach also has all the necessary facilities, this beach is known for its pretty sunsets and its long coast, ideal for a nice stroll.
While in Koh Samui make sure you sample some of the delicious traditional cuisine. Tom Yum is a clear, sour and spicy soup with a fragrant aroma, the most popular version in Samui includes seafood, galangal, lemongrass, crushed chilli peppers, lime juice, kaffir lime leaves and fish sauce. Massaman curry is a spicy hearty stew made with carrots, potatoes, beef or chicken and a range of spices. Pad Thai is a popular street food dish which consists of stir-fried rice noodles with tofu, egg, tamarind pulp, garlic, soybean, shallot, red chilli pepper, fish sauce and palm sugar. For something sweet why not try Kalamae, a sugary candy made with coconut cream, glutinous rice flour and palm sugar. This treat can be bought at most local markets.
If you are heading out exploring for the day then you can reach 3 of the island’s main attractions by car in 10 minutes or less. The Big Buddha is considered the island’s most popular landmark and has an impressive hight of 12 metres, the temple locally known as Wat Phra Yai is located on a tiny island joined to the mainland via a walkway, this fantastic golden statue is well worth a visit and offers stunning surrounding views. Wat Plai Laem is over 100 years old, this striking temple surrounded by lakes has as its main feature an 18 armed statue of Guanyin the Goddess of mercy and compassion. The charming and traditional Fisherman’s village in Bophut is a lovely place to spend the day. Relax on Bophut beach, explore the old original wooden homes now converted into shops, head to the walking street market which opens every Friday evening for a bit of shopping and take your pick of the plenty of restaurants and bars in the area.
