For lovers of European literature, this attraction is also home to a commemorative plaque that celebrates the life and works of the prolific Jules Verne. In his 1877 novel, Off on a Comet, Verne depicts this landmark as the end of the world. The La Mola Lighthouse is situated just 10 minutes away from the villa.
