It is a new construction made with noble materials and surrounded by a majestic forest. The beautiful villa has large windows that allow you to admire the sea from any point of the interior. It also has views of the garden and the lush mountain. Next to the house there is a swimming pool and a large furnished porch that allows you to enjoy a sunny day. At the end of the day you can relax admiring a wonderful sunset. All the bedrooms have bathrooms and in general the spaces of the house are quite diaphanous, this is ideal if you are traveling with children. There is access to the beach and the lake.

The furnishings are modern and comfortable and there is centralized air conditioning and heating in all rooms. It has a heated swimming pool for private use by guests. It has a sauna, hammam, whirlpool, a large and well equipped kitchen. For entertainment there is a smart tv, piano and exercise machines. There is a safe, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. Upon arrival guests will be provided with their own keys for independence. Bed linen and extra pillows are provided. If you have very small children you can have a crib. There is enough space in the parking lot for several cars.
