Dating back to the late 17th century, this country home is a real piece of history – it was even once used as a hunting lodge. The building itself has been restored with impeccable taste, the stone walls, travertine marble floors and impressive archways give Le Volte great character. This rural look is complimented by large windows which flood each room with sunlight, giving the home a bright and airy feel. Rustic décor produces a sense of uniqueness which is complimented by the contemporary furnishings; the overall look is a charming blend of old and new. The cool glass dining table which sits on top of a tree stump is just one example of the type of earthy décor that embraces nature and makes this home so special.
Le Volte is made up of four separate apartments and sleeps up to 18 guests – ideal for large parties who want the space to spread out. Each villa has its own fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms complete with a walk-in shower, giving guests their own privacy.
Outside, you can enjoy spending time out in the sunshine. Take a dip in the inviting infinity pool or relax on the sunbeds with a cool drink. The outdoor kitchen is the perfect place for making memories with loved ones. You can cook delicious pizzas in the stone oven while watching on as little ones play in the garden. Eat a meal together on the dining table as the sea breeze cools the warm air. The fountain lit up at night creates a romantic setting – perfect for those moonlit evenings.
If you would rather eat out, head to the local seaside town, home to a great selection of restaurants serving mouthwatering dishes. There are also a few supermarkets handy where you can stock up on fresh bread for breakfast. The town’s beautiful sandy beach is dotted with sunbeds and parasols where you can relax in the sunshine with your favorite book.
