This luxurious villa can accommodate up to fourteen guests in six spacious and elegantly furnished bedrooms. Descending to the ground floor, guests find the main living area, comprising a spectacular open-plan space with a kitchen, dining area, and bi-folding doors, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The outdoor space is truly exceptional, featuring beautiful gardens with pine, palm, bougainvillea, rosemary, and geraniums, as well as a vegetable patch available for guests’ use. Outdoor terraces provide ample space for al fresco dining or relaxation while soaking in the picturesque scenery and sparkling Adriatic sea views. Steps lead down to a lower terrace housing a Jacuzzi, hammock with a day bed, and plenty of cushions. In addition, a brand new infinity-edge swimming pool added for Summer 2017 offers the perfect spot for a refreshing dip after a day of exploration.

The villa boasts a fantastic location in a serene bay on the east side of the island of Brac, forty minutes from the town of Supetar and just a few kilometers from the amenities of Selca and Sumartin villages. The nearest airport is Split, with a boat journey to Supetar followed by a taxi ride to the property. Day boat trips from Sumartin to Makarska and a visit to the island of Hvar are highly recommended.
