Our elegant duplex apartment is just steps from the Old Town and spans 110 sqm. It features three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and two extendable sofa beds in the living areas, accommodating up to ten guests.

The two kitchens are fully equipped for all your cooking needs. If you prefer dining out, numerous restaurants are nearby. :)

Both modern bathrooms include fresh towels and quality toiletries.

We also provide local coffee, Nescafe, and a variety of local teas.

The cable TV offers a range of local and international channels, and we have a selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers.

The apartment includes everything you need for a perfect stay, and there are no shared areas in the building.

Located in a beautiful historical building, the apartment is a short walk from Ban Jelačić Square, Zagreb Cathedral, the Upper Town, the Botanical Garden, the Ethnographic Museum, and the Croatian National Theater.

Enjoy morning strolls along the esplanades or visit Josip Juraj Strossmayer Park and Petar Svačić Square.

The central location is ideal for exploring the city. Grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops are just minutes away on foot.

For those wanting to explore further, the tram station “Botanički vrt” is just a few minutes from the apartment. The main bus station is about a 20-minute walk, and tram line number 2 connects directly to it.
