Our studio apartment is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood near the Eternal Flame, only a few steps away from the heart of the city center and all other major attractions.

Our studio apartment measures 30sqm.

It comes with a comfortable kind size bed.

The kitchen is equipped to test out your chef skills. If you are not in the mood for cooking, there are plenty of popular restaurants nearby. :)

If you need to stay productive on your trip, our apartment comes with a dedicated home office area!

The bathroom is modern and fully functional filled with fresh towels and full amenities set.

We also provide local coffee, Nescafe and a great variety of tea.

Cable TV offers you a variety of local and international channels, and we also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers!

Everything necessary is available in the apartment. There are no shared areas in the building!

If there is anything specific that you need for your stay, we are here to assist you. If you would like us to organize you an airport or a city transfer, we will be glad to make your stay more memorable.

The apartment has a central location near the popular BBI Center.
The apartment is close to the Central Bank, the famous meeting point of people. The famous “Eternal Flame” is located only a few steps away from the apartment while all historic landmarks are walking distance from the apartment.

There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops just a few minutes from the apartment.

The neighborhood is very safe!

If you want to experience the outskirts of the city, both tram and bus stations are just 1 minute walk away from the apartment.

Tram line number 1 goes directly to the main train station and back, while tram line number 3 goes from the old part of the town to the residential areas.

Apartment does not have parking space, but there is free street parking that depends upon availability.
