- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

- You can park two vehicles inside the garage and two outside, but make sure none block the sidewalk to avoid tickets. We’re not responsible for any fines you incur.
- Also, be mindful of street sweeping and permit parking rules.
- Maximum of four vehicles allowed.
