The fully renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom duplex townhouse boasts a spacious 912 square foot private outdoor space. Inside, you’ll discover an array of modern amenities, including an in-unit washer/dryer, an open kitchen with Silestone countertops and a glass backsplash, as well as a wet bar in the basement. The sliding glass door provides seamless access to the private backyard, surrounded by bamboo privacy fences that ensure a tranquil retreat. Additionally, the property offers a versatile recreation room, ideal for a home office, fourth bedroom, or entertainment area.

Each Rove property features a fully-stocked chef’s kitchen, Nespresso machines, luxury linens, and Malin & Goetz soaps.
Our TVs are powered by Roku, offering complimentary access to Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+.
This property also includes an in-unit washer/dryer and may allow pets with prior approval.

Other Things to Note:
As a reminder, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, within the home, or its exterior areas. Violation will result in an odor removal fee ranging from $500 to $1000, in addition to possible eviction.
Unauthorized pets are considered a breach of the rental agreement. Any pet-related damages or cleaning expenses will be charged as an additional fee, along with a one-time $150 fee for reservations.
