Other Things to Note:
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, within the home, or its exterior areas. Violation will result in an odor removal fee ranging from $500 to $1000, in addition to possible eviction. Unauthorized pets are considered a breach of the rental agreement. Any pet-related damages or cleaning expenses will be charged as an additional fee, along with a one-time $150 fee for reservations.
