Inside the property, we have an impressive large living and dining room that will be an excellent centre point to the holiday, a place where you can gather and enjoy company, entertain and dine. The sofas are large and there are enough for all of the guests to join. The dining table is a stunning modern addition to the villa which will be a great place to eat if you don’t fancy dining outside. The kitchen uses the space perfectly, offering ample workspace and even a breakfast nook as well as all of the modern appliances you would expect.
There are 4 large, spacious bedrooms with en-suites at the villa. All of the rooms have made use of elegant design and modern furniture. The bedrooms are all warm and inviting, they’re places where you’ll be happy to turn into of the evening to relax, wind down and sleep.
They make use of lightning to balance the warm nature of the décor, to still brighten up the place and make it homely. Aqualand Torremolinos is the largest water park on the Costa del Sol, 30 minutes from Marbella. There are attractions for both adults and children! Though there are so many other water parks, so you’ll be spoiled for choice if you want to experience the options available!
There are plenty of golf courses in Marbella, so hire a car to grab your equipment and enjoy all there is to offer! Including a mini-golf course which will offer a great experience for all the family, 10 of the 19 holes are water related so it will be a great way to enjoy a hot day!
Just because you’re in Spain doesn’t mean you can’t experience the snow! There are ski resorts where you can enjoy skiing without having to do a whole trip dedicated to it! Though these resorts are quite a drive, so you’ll need to be willing to hire a car and drive or navigate with the use of public transport.
There is a great mix of parks to visit whether you want amusements parks, animal parks of the land or sea variety, or even nature parks! You’ll find a mixture of them and they all promise fascinating and/ or entertaining days out!
For those that love an adrenaline rush, there is laser combat and paintball available nearby also! Although you will benefit from arriving via a car as opposed to relying on public transport.

Security deposit
€500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner upon arrival and refunded approximately 10 business days after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time
4 pm. If your check-in is outside of the office hours (10am-6pm/Mon-Fri), you will be charged €50. Self check-in is possible outside of office hours, but must be organised at least 48 hours before arrival. An early check-in, subject to availability, is possible at a fee of €150 and must be confirmed at least 72 hours before arrival.
Departure time
12 pm. A late check-out, subject to availability, is possible at a fee of €250 and must be confirmed at least 72 hours before departure.
Minimum stay
7 nights during July and August. 2-3 nights during other periods.
Other Ts and Cs
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).
If this villa is not treated respectfully, is very dirty, or rubbish is not taken out, a €150 fee for extra cleaning will be charged from the security deposit.
This villa uses securely programmed keys, and if they are lost or damaged in any way, guests will be charged a €500 replacement fee.
