The Homestead at Sunsets Shores Resort is the smaller of the two homes, but its space is deceiving! It comfortably accommodates 16 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Recently renovated, it features a vibrant blue and white decor with new flooring and fresh paint throughout. The kitchen boasts brand-new GRANITE countertops, while the large porch offers a grand dining table and seating area.
The main level’s primary suite is handicap accessible with a walk-in shower and closet. It includes a comfortable king-size bed with plush new bedding, providing a dreamy home-away-from-home experience. Upstairs, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms with various sleeping arrangements, all furnished with new plush bedding, along with two bathrooms. The garage at Sunset Shores – The Homestead has been transformed into a kids’ paradise! Equipped with air hockey, ping pong, an arcade game, and an additional fridge, it adds extra fun to your vacation.
Outdoors, Sunset Shore-The Homestead offers a newly installed fire pit for lakeside s’mores enjoyment. The property includes a private dock with lake toys and shared access to amenities with Sunset Shores-The Grand House, such as the boardwalk, beach area, and boat launch. On the dock, you’ll find various lake toys like a kayak, paddleboard, and life jackets.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit and a $300 fee, plus liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are enforced. No provided sound systems. Noise ordinance violations may incur fines up to $10,000.
Events or parties need prior approval and an additional fee; unauthorized events will be shut down with fines.
