Its unique front line position means that guests can look down on the promenade stretching from the Old Town harbour all the way along the cliff top trail to Puerto Calero. The villa boasts modern interors yet has been lovingly designed in a way that it retains a warm and homely feel. It offers plenty of space for the whole family, accomodating up to ten guests across five bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main open-plan living area, comprising of a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, lounge and dining areas. Heading upstairs, guests will find four of the bedrooms, two of which are doubles while the others twin, each complete with en-suite bathroom. From the pool terrace there is access to an internal apartment which boasts not only the fifth double bedroom but also its very own living room, bathroom and kitchenette.

Pool heating charge
Pool heating is included between November-April. For those who require pool heating outside of these months, there will be an additional charge of £100 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

The prices advertised are for 6 pax with an additional charge for the 7th & 8th person. There is also a separate apartment that can be rented for the 9th & 10th person with a rental amount of 350 GBP per week.
