This traditionally styled Mediterranean villa is truly amazing. The decorative arched entry door opens into a round entry hall with patterned mosaic tiled floor and high domed ceiling. From the entry you see into the formal dining room and living room and out to the mountains beyond. The Mediterranean feel continues throughout the villa, and the light colored tile floors connects the spaces.Opening off the entry, the large formal dining area with Mediterranean-styled chandeliers seats ten at its traditional-styled dining table. In the adjoining formal living area, a large dark stained fanciful carved mirror is mounted over the white traditional stone fireplace surround. The window wall overlooks a deck with stone wall fountain.Down the wide tiled hallway, is the kitchen and another living area which faces the courtyard. The kitchen has light-colored, antiqued Mediterranean-styled cabinetry, and a decorative tiled splash guard behind the cooking area. A stone topped L-shaped island defines the kitchen and provides extra counter space and seating for eight. Centered under the multi-tiered tray ceiling, another island offers even more counter space. This fully equipped kitchen includes double wide refrigerator/freezer, double wall ovens, and walk-in pantry. The wet bar’s wine cooler is ready for all your purchases from local vineyards.
