- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home. Otherwise, if violations occur, you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.

Sonrisa II: Shared garage with one parking space, only suitable for a small car – not suitable for a large SUV.
Sonrisa III: Two small garage spaces, not suitable for large SUV
This home comes with a pack-n-play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours advance notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
