Seascape Renovation Fall 2023/Spring 2024 Project:
Starting September 5th, 2023 the Seascape Homeowners Association will begin a nine-month renovation project. The south sides (stacks 16-20) of the building will be closed starting Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 through June 1st, 2024. Please note, that during this period, rental rates have been substantially reduced in this unit and others on the northeast side of Seascape because of the renovation project.
The Seascape swimming pool will be closed during the construction.
