- There is a $300 fee during booking for community registration, which must be submitted and paid within 72 hours of arrival. This fee is used to pay the community renter fees including:
1. Vehicle Gate/Access Card – $20
2. Administration Fee – $35
3. Temporary Membership
4. $6/person/night (6+ y/o)
The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
