Home Details:

Occupancy includes an additional two guests beyond the bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and extra linens are available upon request. Pets are not allowed in this home. Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. This plan covers up to $2,000 in accidental damage or loss. This plan is not available for reservations lasting 28 days or more, or those requiring a security deposit.

Additional Policies:

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.

We are committed to the health, safety, and experience of our guests and staff. We follow enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols, disinfecting all surfaces with hospital-grade solutions between reservations.

We work with third-party vendors to maintain the property and adhere to the strictest guidelines. However, we cannot always enforce these standards, so we recommend that guests deny access to vendors who do not meet the required standards.
