Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. This plan covers up to $2,000 in accidental damage or loss. This plan is not available for reservations lasting 28 days or more, or those requiring a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit.
Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
