Main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed (murphy). Condo comes with one dedicated parking space in the garage with plenty of street and daytime guest parking (north lot). There is an elevator or stairs to access the condo.The complex features an all year round heated swimming pool, two hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, HOA Clubhouse and direct beach access at the southwest edge of complex.*Please note: There is no AC in this unit.
