This 3 level town home is 1740 sqft and has ocean views from all decks, balconies, and patios. The entire home has travertine flooring. This property includes three parking spots. one covered spots that can fit a large SUV and a two car garage with 65" clearance.

Entering the large property, there is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom on the first floor. The second floor contains a living room with a queen pull out and kitchen area with a large second floor balcony that has a propane grill and ocean views. The third floor holds the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and the master bath. Additionally, this floor also has the third bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds, as well as the fourth bedroom with a full size bed.

Directly outside the master bedroom is the third floor balcony with ocean views and a staircase to the rooftop deck on the fourth level. The rooftop deck has ocean and bay views and has benches and chairs. We just installed a glass bar area with 3 bar stools and a min-fridge on the rooftop.
