Located in Flour Bluff, it’s the perfect central location between Corpus Christi and North Padre Island. The Bluff’s Marina and boat dock is only 5 minutes down the road. Less than 10 minutes away are North Padre Island Beach and Mustang Island. A convenience store and Gully’s Bar are within walking distance. Head across the bay for Doc’s Seafood, Snoopy’s Pier and Restaurant, and Marker 37 Marina and boat dock.
