Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property, up to $2000. It does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets, and is not available for reservations lasting 28 days or longer or those requiring a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and a $300 fee.
Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 PM-8 AM) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and may incur an additional fee. Unauthorized events or parties will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more details about event policies and fees.
We work with third-party vendors to maintain the property. While we follow strict guidelines, we cannot always enforce contractor standards. We recommend denying access to any vendor who does not meet these standards.
