CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Anticipate a seamless stay experience, starting with our thorough booking process. After reserving, you’ll receive a building application, ensuring your stay aligns with community standards. Kindly note, the building emphasizes month-long stays, and all reservations undergo a management review.

BUILDING: Beyond a residence, it’s an indulgence in luxury. Every facility at this elite building is at your disposal, ensuring your stay is an epitome of comfort and elegance.

PARKING: While this apartment doesn’t offer complimentary parking, various options cater to your needs. Opt for valet parking at $35 overnight, or explore street and public garage alternatives. Long-term guests can benefit from valet’s monthly rate at $225 or the nearby Miami Tower’s self-parking for around $155 monthly.

AMENITIES: Relish a suite of amenities designed for your pleasure. From a state-of-the-art gym to a rejuvenating spa and pool, every moment is elevated. With a 24-hour front desk and dining choices merely steps away, luxury is always within reach.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW: Amenities are located on the rooftop. Pool, gym and community room floors 37 and 38.

At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After we accept the reservation please immediately provide the names of ALL the guest that must be Registered with the building before the check in. Otherwise we have to cancel the reservation if we don’t have the information 72 hours of the arrival date.

PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee: $150 per pet, regardless of breed or size. Pet weight and size restrictions may apply, please check with us.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: Mailing packages to this property is not permitted. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest’s responsibility.

PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary Wifi and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We would like to clarify that these local, third-party services are facilitated by the managing host and bear no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter’s agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

SAFETY: Our commitment to your wellbeing manifests in our adherence to all CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols. You can rest assured, as our dedicated team undertakes thorough disinfection measures in the unit. Surveillance cameras safeguard the property’s exterior.

OBSERVATIONS: We enforce a no-smoking policy on our premises, and we humbly request consideration for our neighbors by maintaining a low noise level post 9:00 PM. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.

CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Our property nestles within a region offering year-round tropical conditions. Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native “visitors”. We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence.

Guest Access:
Please note the building only allows monthly rentals. We will provide you with the building application and lease to be completed. There is a $100 application fee paid to the building management. Please note your booking is contingent upon building approval.

You will have access to the whole apartment. Easy Self Check in with 24 hour security front desk.

  • Quiet Hours begin at 10pm
  • Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.
  • You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.

Interaction with Guests:
We are nearby and ready to help if there are any questions. We also offer full service concierge to our guests, should they need to book reservations, an in house massage, chef, boat or more.

Getting Around:
We suggest driving, but there is also a free metromover 2 blocks away. Uber/Lyft are affordable and convenient options. Revel and electric scooters are readily available throughout the downtown area.
