The villa accommodates between 32 and 36 guests in eighteen luxurious bedrooms. On the ground floor, nine double rooms feature sumptuous queen-size beds, which can be arranged as twin beds upon request, and all have ensuite bathrooms with baths and luxury toiletries. Each room has a private furnished terrace, providing privacy and spaciousness. The rooms are elegantly designed with contemporary decor and excellent amenities, including televisions. On the first floor, the remaining bedrooms also have queen-size beds, adorned with luxury linens and furnishings, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. These rooms have private balconies offering stunning views of the estate and mountains.

The main living area is impressive, with a striking feature fireplace wall, a grand chandelier, plush sofas, and quality accent chairs. This space leads to a sophisticated dining area with configurable tables and chairs to suit your group. The well-stocked bar is perfect for pre-dinner or late-night drinks. The spa features a hammam and a massage room for complete relaxation and pampering.

Outside, you’ll find a shaded alfresco dining area with magnificent mountain views, tables and chairs under centuries-old olive trees, and a phenomenal swimming pool surrounded by shaded day beds, loungers, parasols, and stunning mountain scenery. The poolside area includes a pool house and additional seating. The grounds also feature an organic vegetable garden and a farm with horses, which children particularly enjoy.

Villa Achbarou is set within a four-hectare estate in Douar Akrich, just 30 minutes from Marrakech’s Medina, along the road to Amizimiz.

Marrakech is a vibrant city filled with colorful spices, intricate lamps, rich carpets, and diverse architecture. The souks are lively and offer a wide range of goods, including sweets, clothing, leather, spices, and more. Bargaining is part of the experience, and you’ll encounter snake charmers, storytellers, and potion sellers. The city’s cuisine is renowned, with street food such as shakshuka, Moroccan pancakes, and tagines, and mint tea served as a gesture of hospitality.

Beyond the Medina, Marrakech boasts a modern quarter, Gueliz, with chic cafes, upscale shopping, and notable museums like the Matisse Art Gallery and the Royal Tennis Club. The city also features a variety of fascinating museums, including Maison de la Photographie, the Musee Tiskiwin, and the Dar Si Said Museum.
