Casa Claudia is a fully renovated semi-detached house with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and private parking in Nepi, just 40 minutes from the center of Rome.

Nepi boasts a charming historical center, where you can wander through its streets, discover its medieval charm, and admire historical buildings. Nearby are the Grotte di Nepi, a series of natural caves formed by karstic phenomena. These caves are open for exploration, offering a glimpse of their unique rock formations.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the entrance hall and stairs leading to the first floor, which has a large balcony overlooking the garden.
