The living room is a modern space with a plush sofa and a long dining table for cherished dinner soirées. The kitchen is also in this area and has everything you need to prepare a tasty meal for your party.

Step outside the property to be enveloped by Corsica’s stunning natural vistas, with a road fringed by cypress trees leading to the beach. Boasting crystal-clear water and chalk-white sand, it makes for an excellent spot where to fully relax.
In the opposite direction, you can visit l’Ile-Rousse with all its amenities such as restaurants, bars, cafés and shops, as well as a small harbour offering boat trips, excursions and ferries to neighbouring islands. There’s also a public beach to retreat to when the weather becomes unbearable.
Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike will love exploring Northern Corsica’s rugged landscape on foot. Head to Monte Cinto, Corsica’s highest mountain, with hiking and climbing routes leading to its craggy summit granting successful hikers with exceptional views.
In the heart of Northern Corsica, the desert of the Agriates is an unexpected landscape made of Mediterranean scrubs, small hills and rocky outcrops, with the best way to enjoy this unique part of the island being by motorbike or quad bikes.

Location:
Only a 15-minute walk separates you from the sea at Villa Courbet, and the picturesque beach is well known by tourists and locals alike for its relaxed oceanfront featuring a sandy shoreline and turquoise waters.
Here you’ll also find sea-facing restaurants if you want to tuck into refreshing Mediterranean meals and enjoy sunset aperitifs. Just around the corner across the hill you can also find a water sport rental, with a range of activities available including windsurfing, paddleboarding and kayaking lessons.
Residential yet masked in a carpet of greenery, the surrounding area has plenty of local amenities such as bakeries, supermarkets and shops, as well as some restaurants. The closest supermarket can also be reached in just a few minutes by car.
Boat trips, cruises and ferries to mainland France and Italy depart from the port at l’Ile-Rousse. If you’re waiting for your boat’s departure and have time to kill, you can discover a historical fortress with pretty coastal views perched on the small peninsula overlooking the harbour. On other occasions, spend a day strolling around l’Ile-Rousse’s winding lanes full of cafés and ice cream shops, or head to the main beach backed by a lively promenade.
If you prefer exploring the rugged coast via an off-the-beaten path, there are many hiking trails, great for spotting dolphins, turtles and other wildlife from the top of rocky cliffs. Plan d’eau d’E cotule is another nice walking area with a lake, located just a 20-minute drive away.
Discover more stunning coves and tranquil beaches as you travel further up the coast. Only reachable on foot, Plage de l’Ostriconi is an idyllic spot with a powder-soft sand with a picturesque backdrop of wild vegetation and dunes. Plage de Vana is similarly secluded and very scarcely frequented, and can be accessed via a rocky path from Plage de l’Ostriconi – fantastic if you want to escape the crowds without going too far.
Although the island’s main draws are its captivating beaches and unspoiled natural landscapes, there are also many picturesque villages of the Balagne hills, scattered across the captivating landscapes of this region, from charming Monticello to beguiling Sant’Antonino, one of France’s classified ‘Plus Beaux Villages’.
