The generous floor plan – approx. 2.150 sqft. Living space – of the Villa Belle Paradise will also inspire you. Surrounded by a tropical garden with numerous palm trees and flowering bushes, you will find an oasis of peace. The Rosenpark can be easily reached with a walk.
When entering the house, the view falls through almost room-high glass sliding doors, which open completely to the side onto the pool area. Here you will find a glass table and 6 chairs, as well as 2 loungers for the “Out door Living”. On the Jen Air Grill, you can grill delicious steaks or hamburgers while enjoying a chilled beer. The pool – of course electrically heated – invites you to swim. What could be nicer than a refreshing swim in the pool after a long shopping day. A pool bath is also there.
At the canal there is another large terrace from which you can “swim shrimps” – in other words, fish. A rental boat can also be docked there. From there you are in approx. 10 minutes on the Caloosahatchee River to explore the offshore islands of Cape Coral and Ft. Myers Beach – Have fun !
Now let’s go back to the house: As usual with the typical Florida floor plan, you enter the formal living room after the entrance area. To the left is the master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom. The other living rooms and bedrooms are on the right side of the house. These are two formal dining areas, another living room with TV and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in between. The white kitchen with dark worktop has a hatch to the terrace.
For your comfort, you will find the following equipment in the vacation homes in Cape Coral managed by us:
detergent, cleaning products and dish washing sponge
Filling up the dishwasher detergent, the dishwasher taps, the coffee filter and the garbage bags
Cleaning products such as window cleaners, all-purpose cleaners and disinfectants
Spare bulbs
In the kitchen you will find various spices – e.g. salt and pepper
Rosen Park:
This neighborhood park and large saltwater boat launch facility offers access to the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River and is approximately 11.2 statute miles from the Sanibel Causeway Bridge. Each of the two boat ramps is 30’ wide x 60’ long, and there are 57 boat trailer parking spots plus 31 vehicle parking spaces to accommodate numerous boaters.
The park also provides a scenic location along the Chantry Canal where people can enjoy a picnic and/or take a walk on the boardwalk and watch the boats. The park is also perfect for our four-legged friends. Because dogs are allowed in this park and if there is no boat in the ramp, our four-legged friends also extensively enjoy the cool wet.

- A Security deposit (refundable) in the amount of $500 must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. The deposit can be paid by credit card (+3.5% processing fee) or Zel or Ven. From this deposit, your used electricity will be deducted. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
