Parking:
Parking is limited to 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking and no parking on landscaping or grass. There is parking behind the house if needed.
House Rules:
This property is located in a quiet residential area with quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Reservations will be canceled, and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Delray Beach Police Department gets dispatched to the property.
Valid ID is required upon arrival, and the reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed.
Guest Access:
A unique keypad code is set for each guest. On-site walk-through upon check-in and keypad use during reservation stay.

Additionally, Merritt Park is only a leisurely three-block stroll away.
Getting Around:
Freebee: City of Delray Beach offers free golf cart transportation. Download the “Freebee” app, create an account, and request rides. It’s totally free; tips are optional.
Biking: Biking around Delray Beach is a great way to see the sights and get some exercise.
Walking: Atlantic Ave is only a 15-minute walk away, providing a great way to experience all that Delray Beach has to offer.
Golf Cart Rentals: Golf cart rentals are available for your convenience. Many parking locations around town have designated golf cart spots.
Driving: Easily drive around the city and to the beach. Paid parking lots are numerous; the in-house guidebook shows where all the city lots are located.
Uber / Lyft: Ride-shares are numerous and drivers know the area well.

We provide plenty of bathing towels and separate beach towels for the number of guests listed on the reservation. These are for use during your stay. Please ensure that they are not lost or we will ask that they be replaced. There are also plenty of lounge chairs and seating areas around the pool.
We stock the home with 2 pool floats. You are more than welcome to order from Amazon or pick up at one of the local stores.
