As soon as you step inside the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with large windows, lush plants, and unique decorations. Our goal is to create a homely yet practical space for our valued guests and we strive to craft a cozy, functional space that caters to the diverse needs of our cherished guests. The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
Online check-in and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.
For stays over 2 weeks, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at £80) must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts and it’s not optional.
Pet charges are applied on top of the booking fee.
Please note that our sofa bed is available only upon request and cannot be set up for last-minute reservations. It requires at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your arrival. The property comfortably sleeps four people across two beds, with the sofa bed as an additional option. There is a charge of £25 per night for the use of the sofa bed. This service is subject to approval, so if you wish to use it, please inform us at the time of your booking.
