Great property and Location
Here were our thoughts. 1) Great property and location! We loved being not close to a lot of people and the privacy that we had including the semi private beach. Views are amazing from the villa. Plenty of room and lot's of bathrooms made it very convenient for everyone. 2) We liked the nice small touches such as the team coming every morning to rake the beach so that it was nice and clean and the convenience of having the SUP and kayaks right there were great. 3) Emma was really good and answered our questions before we arrived and while we were there as well. She met us at the Villa when we arrived and gave us the full tour so that we knew where everything was. Coven the taxi driver was excellent and well worth having him drive us versus renting a car. Having the pre-arrival grocery shop was perfect because it started our vacation off in a relaxed way. 4) The cleaning people did an excellent job every day as we used the indoor and outdoor kitchen on a regular basis. 5) Off-premise activities- we did a private catamaran trip and three people did a scuba diving trip. Scuba was good, we would probably pick a different charter the next time on the catamaran but that was not Emma's fault. We did one dinner out at Da Conch Shack which was amazing. Overall, we would go back to this property or the other villa you have next door.
Amazing Villa! The views from the home are completely spectacular. You could not ask for a better view! Everyone had a great time playing in the infinity pool and we spent basically all of our time on the back patio near the pool. The property manager (Emma) was very helpful and completed pre-arrival grocery shopping, fresh conch salad upon arrival, arranged boat rides and a private chef as well. The only downside is that the beach area is VERY small. No walking on the beach is possible (which is a favorite of mine to do at Turks and Caicos!). We spent much more time at the pool (where my daughter played with rocks) instead of on the beach where she played with sand. They do have stand up paddle boards at the beach that you can take out and that was a blast! Overall, if you want a large open home with views from basically every room, this is an amazing place to go!
