Perched on a clifftop just beyond the beautiful Mirissa beach, Pointe Sud sits comfortably amongst luxury villas of anywhere in the world

Commanding 180 degree views towards the South Pole the house has been designed and renovated around a galleried sitting area. The terraced gardens lead to the long infinity edged pool. Steps lead down to the beach below.

The architect who created the house took her inspiration from a ship. Large teak floor boards, very high lofted ceiling, & the bedroom cabins with ensuite bathrooms on either side all contribute to a feeling of being in a luxury yacht.

The terraced manicured lawn has a meditation / yoga / reading pavilion on one side with westerly views across the ocean. Steps leading down to the lower garden & beach are centrally location. The beach itself is a good walking one. Largely deserted and with palm trees hugging the sand. It is generally not safe to swim in the sea immediately in front of the private beach gate although there is a small rock pool for paddling.

Taking a stroll for a minute or two down the beach will get you to a popular surf break & a cocktail bar or two.

Travel a few minutes away by tuk tuk & you’ll arrive at the gorgeous crescent shape Mirissa Beach. A perfect half moon with waves rolling in there are several beach bars & restaurants.
