The villa is the outcome of a renovation that blends innovation and tradition. Comprising three interconnected units, the main body, an original rural-type residential stone accommodation, sits in the middle. The two units on the sides boast minimal and modern lines and shapes.
Surrounded by greenery and immersed in a large fully fenced garden (approximately 8,000 square meters), Villa Fibbiano offers a place to feel in harmony with nature, away from the everyday frenzy. It features an outdoor living area for the lounge and a dining space complete with a barbecue that directly connects to the kitchen.
Perfectly exposed to sunlight throughout the day, the beautiful infinity pool (7 × 14 meters – maximum height 1.60 meters, minimum height 0.80 meters – open year-round – heated on request with a surcharge) is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. A few steps away, a wellness area with a Jacuzzi pool allows you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of this magnificent structure and the essence of the surrounding nature.
The outdoor living area deserves special mention, as it becomes surreal and almost magical thanks to the lights of the day, the colors of the sky, and the sunset on the towers of Volterra. Villa Fibbiano provides car parking and free Wi-Fi internet connection.

With particular attention to incorporating the historical style of the structure with more modern lines and design, Villa Fibbiano has been designed with an innovative style, aiming to achieve the right combination between the contemporary and rural features. The villa is spacious (250 square meters), accommodating up to 6 people, and is characterized by incredible brightness thanks to large windows that allow you to enjoy incredible views of the surrounding landscape.
The living area is the vital center of the accommodation, conceived with an open concept of spaces. It consists of a panoramic dining room equipped with a glass window aimed at creating an effect of continuity with the garden, thanks to the view of the swimming pool. The dining room connects directly to the living room, furnished with a large sofa, satellite TV, a modern fireplace, and the open kitchen. The kitchen is extremely elegant, built with quality materials, and equipped with a peninsula and everything needed to create your favorite recipes.
The sleeping area of Villa Fibbiano consists of 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower. The first two bedrooms are on the ground floor, directly overlooking the garden, while the third is a large suite located on the first floor with a splendid view of the landscape. The suite also has a private living room on the ground floor.
The villa is completed by a guest bathroom, a room used as a fitness area, and a working desk equipped with office elements (fax, photocopier, desk). Villa Fibbiano has air conditioning in all rooms, heating, and free Wi-Fi internet connection included in the price. Three mid-week cleanings on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and towel changes are also included for guests.
