THE SPACE
Spectacular views of the Ocean and one of the largest span of beach on St. Simons Island. The Grand also offers an awesome pool and private beach entrance. Unit 216 is one level living and is accessed by an elevator. The grand king suite has access to the covered patio area overlooking the ocean views. Suite features a large screen smart TV, ensuite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub. Guest queen bedroom has a smart TV and adjoining bathroom with access to the hall. The back hall has 2 single beds, smart TV, fold down desk area, and adjoining bathroom with combo tub shower. New queen sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress is in the family room.

There is parking for up to 2 cars for guests.

We’re located mid-beach – halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We’re walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy’s, Barrier Island Brewing, and Porch.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can’t host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as ‘vicious’, please ask if you’re not sure.
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can’t host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
