THE SPACE

This home is located just a short walk to the entrance of the Myrtle Street Beach Entrance. Crab Haven has been our family’s second home for many years and we are happy to share it with you.

Parks 3 cars.
3rd bathroom: Outside in the back off the kitchen is a toilet and sink room. An outdoor shower with hot water and separate laundry room.

Kitchen is fully equipped and has a single serve and a drip style coffee pot.

Management Company provides a starter supply of bath toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry soap. We will send more information of grocery stores, bike rental and golf cart rental in our arrival instructions.
Linens and bath towels are provided. Owner has provided beach towels, but we always suggest packing these items.

We’re located mid-beach – halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We’re walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy’s, Barrier Island Brewing, and Porch.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can’t host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
