There’s a lot to see in Temecula and even more to drink. Our suggestion? A tour at one of the local wineries so you and your group can sample a diverse range of local flavors. For something less intoxicating but equally fun, visitors can berry-pick at local farms and taste the fruits of their labor. Hot air-ballooning is a stunning way to see the rolling hills of Southern California wine country from every angle and is one of Temecula’s most sought-after attractions.

Home Truths:
- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
The pool with spa heat is just $250 per day, plus tax.
- SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May – September).
- The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in “Pool Mode” or it can be in “Spa Mode.” It cannot be in both modes at the same time.
- No events or parties are allowed at this property.
- This home has 3 sleeper sofas for additional sleeping options.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note that the 5th bedroom is a garage that has been converted into a bedroom.
- Please note that the jukebox is non-operational.
- Riverside County has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
