€1000 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning:
A €300 end-of-stay cleaning fee applies, paid on site, directly to the owner.
Pool opening dates:
The swimming pool is open approximately April to end-October. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements, and cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
Changeover day:
Saturday in July and August. Flexible during all other periods.
Minimum stay:
7 nights in July and August. 3 nights during all other periods.
Other Ts and Cs:
Use of the hammam is available at an extra cost of €200, payable locally.
Insurance:
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, covering civil liability, cancellations, personal belongings, public liability, and any accidental damage caused during their stay. A copy of this policy may be requested by the owner before or upon arrival.
