Located a few minute’s walk to the base of Park City Resort and directly across from the Park City Library, this brand new remodeled townhouse provides the best of both worlds, location, and comfort. This home was newly remodeled from top to bottom, featuring a beautiful modern kitchen, stunning wood floors, sleek new bathrooms, as well as brand new appliances and furniture throughout. The home is located within the Powder Ridge building which overlooks Park City’s Library and is less than a minute walk to a bus stop that provides direct access to Main Street. Additionally, guests can walk up to Main Street which is approximately a 12-minute walk.
As guests make their way up a set of stairs to enter the home, they will find this end unit within the building, which provides privacy and beautiful views overlooking the Park City Library park. As guests enter through the front door of the home they are greeted with the open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen provides guests with all of the cooking appliances and essentials they will need to enjoy cooking within the home. The kitchen provides a large island with informal dining seating for 6 guests. With the open concept main floor, the living area sits directly next to the kitchen. The living space has a large wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a large comfortable sectional with room for everyone. The open living area lends itself perfectly to groups looking to entertain, enjoy each other’s company, as well as relax with a wood-burning fire and movie at the end of the day.
Additionally located on the main level of the home is one of the four bedrooms. The bedroom on the main level is situated with two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and an adjacent half bathroom.
The back of the home on the main level features a mudroom where guests can utilize hooks and cubbies to store their gear, as well as make use of the washer and dryer. Exiting through the back door of the home provides direct access to a set of stairs leading down to the garage.
The second level of the home features three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first two bedrooms at the top of the stairs are outfitted each with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and closet space. There is an adjacent full bathroom accessible to both.
The third bedroom on this level is the Master Bedroom. The Master is situated with a King bed, private fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a beautiful Master en suite. The Master bedroom also has direct access to the second-level balcony overlooking the park located at Park City’s Library.
This unit also provides WiFi throughout, a one-car shared garage space, and direct access to the Library field where many families go to enjoy sledding with young children. The Park City Library has a year-round coffee shop and during Sundance, the Library and The Shop are both movies showing locations. The Park City Yoga Shop is also located less than a minute’s walk from the home. In the summer, the Library field is a great place for kids to play and in the wintertime is used as a small sledding hill.
All guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home.
Please note the home is not equipped with air conditioning.
The shared hot tub is not available during the summer months.
There is one parking space in front of the home available to guests.
There is an additional parking lot across from the home, which is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
